This year (2024) Sig Sauer released an all metal P365 for the first time. They modeled its dimensions after the P365 X-Macro with a few notable changes, like the addition of a slim magwell.

Most of the features that made an XMACRO an XMACRO made their way over to the P365 AXG Legion, like the use of the shorter P365 barrel inside a ported P365XL slide to make a sort of built in compensator.

The sights are the same between the two, they are both optic ready, they both take 17rd magazines, and they both feel to have the same trigger.

In my opinion, the reason to buy the AXG Legion over the XMACRO would be for the additional weight and the improved shooting experience that comes with it.
