Purpose

We often get asked "What gun should I get if I want to use it for home defense but also be able to enjoy shooting at the range?"

 

If concealed carry is not a requirement, I will always prefer the shooting experience of a heavier full size pistol over a micro compact carry pistol. This recipe is a simple combination of just a few parts that produce a result that is fun to shoot, can be effective in competitive shooting, and is perfectly capable in a defense scenario.

Why this one?

The P320 Spectre Comp Blackout comes with a few features that make it stand out in a sea of suitable options

  • The grip module is weighted using tungsten infused polymer. This additional weight in the bottom half of the gun helps reduce felt recoil and helps the gun return to zero faster.
  • The built-in compensator helps divert gas upwards, counteracting the natural muzzle rise. This reduces recoil and helps the gun return to zero faster.
  • The slide comes pre-milled for Delta Point Pro footprint optics like the Romeo1Pro.
  • The Sig grip module accepts 21 and 30 round sig magazines.
