Description
The Mini Recluse from Spike's Tactical is an integrally suppressed 9mm Short Barrel Rifle (NFA Item) with an AR pattern lower that takes HK MP5 magazines.
This is sold as a single unit, but requires 2 tax stamps. One because it is a short barrel rifle, and another one because it contains the integrally suppressed barrel is a suppressor/silencer.
NFA Items: If buying this Suppressed SBR online and having it shipped, you will need to choose a receiving FFL that does NFA transfers for us to ship to. Here is what you can expect: When you place the order, we are required to file a "Form 3 Transfer Request" with the ATF that, once approved by the ATF, will allow us to ship it to your FFL. This ATF approval USUALLY takes days, but we have seen them take weeks to approve form3 transfers. Either way, it is not up to us unfortunately. But it is important to us that we do our best to set the proper expectation for you. We will email you the tracking number as soon as it leaves our location. Once your receiving FFL receives the shipment, they will contact you to start your "Form 4" application with the ATF. That is the transfer from them to you. Although we all wish there was, there is no way to start this form 4 process until your receiving FFL has the firearm in their possession.
Note: Like an HK MP5, the bolt does not lock back on the last shot.
